This website offers visitors information and services provided by Gridiron Bumper Corp. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
PAYMENTS
Due to the custom nature of our products we do require pre-payment on all orders placed, whether by phone, email, or website. For Canada and US orders we accept all major credit cards, cash, wires, and PayPal transactions.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the custom nature of our products, items are non-returnable. Please be sure to pick the appropriate options at time of order, if you have questions please call us and our sales team will be pleased to help you.
Items that are considered Non-Returnable:

All products that were made for vehicles older than 2 generation models back.

Any product that requires special modifications to any portion of the bumper, such as custom orders that require wider fenders or orders made to fit trucks with body lifts.

Any product that was ordered with custom LINE-X protective coat options such as but not limited to: a raw finish bumper with LINE-X coated options, or a texture black bumper.

Products such as apparel, lights, etc. are not returnable and are non-refundable.
COD SHIPMENTS/RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
All sales, regardless of the item, are final after 30 days from ship date.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations are subject to a restock/cancellation fee of $50 or 20% of the purchase price, whichever is greater. Gridiron Bumper Corp reserves the right to refuse cancellation on any item and makes the final decision on all cancellations and refunds.
Production/Lead times vary and for that reason, no cancellations will be accepted after 5 days from the original order date for any of the following products:

REFUNDS
If approved for a cancellation, Gridiron Bumper Corp will issue your money back within 30 days. Gridiron Bumper Corp reserves the right to refuse a return or cancellation on any item. Refer to the Return Policy & Cancellation Policy under Terms & Conditions.
BRANDING
All products we manufacturer carry our logo and brand identity. All metal products sold include either a small metal nameplate with the Gridiron Bumper Corp logo which are riveted on. If you choose to run our products we kindly ask that you support our brand by leaving the nameplate in place.
CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make changes to design, materials, pricing, advertising materials, programs, etc. as we see fit. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, and you agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site. Your continued use of the website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service. Prices are subject to change with or without notice at any time.
RIGHT TO SUSPEND OR CANCEL USER ACCOUNT
We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Gridiron Bumper Corp. and all parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, and providers; harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Gridiron Bumper Corp and all parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, agents, and providers; be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
