Gridiron Bumper Corp does not consider a dealer or distributor as a Contractual Agent for Gridiron Bumper Corp and we reserve the right to terminate discounted pricing at any time. Gridiron Bumper Corp also reserves the right to make changes in materials, specifications, finish, literature, advertisements, price without prior written notice.
Gridiron Bumper Corp is not responsible for damages to our products, or other subsequent damage that might occur, as a result of misuse or improper installation. While we do manufacture products that appear stronger than factory parts, our products should not be viewed or relied upon as life saving devices in the event of a collision or rollover. Gridiron Bumper Corp makes absolutely NO claims relating to airbag compatibility, crashworthiness, or sturdiness. Gridiron Bumper Corp makes NO claims relating to fitness or merchantability. It is the customer's responsibility to check with the vehicle manufacturer or automotive dealer regarding airbag compatibility and automobile manufacturer's warranty before installing our products.
